Online:
Shop our online store, fill out our convenient order form, and submit it to us securely via the internet. We will e-mail your order confirmation and shipping details the next business day.

By Phone:
Give us a call at 800 325-8542 to place your order with a real person. Our phone hours are 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. M-F, Pacific time. You may leave a message at any time and we will return your call as quickly as possible.

How long will it take to receive my Bushawk order?

Since we manufacture all the products we sell (except connector cords) we normally ship the same day you place your order. All orders are shipped by Priority Mail with a 2-3 day delivery. International packages are shipped Global Priority and require several additional days for delivery. Other shipping methods are available by special arrangement.

What about returns?

If you return our products within 30 days of purchase in an "unused and original" condition, we will refund 100% of the product price. We do not require prior notification of the return, but ask that you let us know why you made the return so that we may better serve our customers. Please include a copy of your original invoice for reference. Refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt of your return.

What about product warranties?

We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser of our products. If you require warranty work on any BushHawk® equipment, simple mail the affected part,along with all pertinent information to:
